A Brisket a brasket


Sometimes the richness and comfort of brisket is just what we need on a cold winter eve. And even if you don't have a smoker (which I don't :-( ), you can make a tender, juicy, and POWERFULLY flavorful brisket in the oven. It's 3 easy steps, 4-5 hours in the oven, and you have a mouth-watering, fork-tender brisket with caramelized onions. I served mine with a Five Cheese Ziti Pasta and a Red Zin.
