Best Baked Browned BBQ

Can you say that fast like four times? Me neither. So here, friends is your answer for ribs when you don't have or feel like firing up the smoker. The long, slow, baking time makes them so tender and moist while baking much of the fat. You get a fork tender, but not fall-apart-ugly rib rack.
