This is a pan to table in 15 minutes kind of dish. Don't we all like those? And, using either Mahi Mahi or Halibut, it's the unfishiest fish I've ever eaten. The flavors of pistachio, lemon, and butter make this one of my family's favorite way to enjoy this firm, meaty fish. I like to serve it with grilled shishito and sweet red peppers. Hope you enjoy !
